Job summary

Global Medical Virtual Assistants (GMVA) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, source, and select top talent to support its strategic objectives. The role will develop recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, screen candidates, and manage the end-to-end selection process.

Key duties include full-cycle screening, candidate experience management, pipeline building, ATS record maintenance, and ensuring documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Suite
• Minimum 1 year of high-volume recruiting experience
• HR experience preferred
• Willing to work from home permanently

Responsibilities

• Conduct full cycle screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through the offer stage, ensuring a positive and seamless process.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Oversee sourcing, initial screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
• Manage documentation processes and maintain accurate records of applicant information.
