Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding endorsement, ensuring timely hires and meeting SLAs.

You will source candidates through portals, social media, referrals and job fairs, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and maintain accurate ATS records while supporting reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO or high-volume hiring environment.
• End-to-end recruitment experience is preferred.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding endorsement.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, job fairs, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate assessments, interviews, and final interviews with hiring managers.
• Facilitate job offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Hiring Managers, and HR teams regarding manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Maintain accurate applicant records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment database.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
