The role involves posting vacancies across major platforms, screening applicants, coordinating with agencies and the HR Business Partner, and maintaining confidential personnel records. Strong organizational skills and discretion are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in recruitment and HR administration.
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Facebook, JobStreet, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with accurate records and documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Post job vacancies on Facebook, Indeed, JobStreet, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Source and screen applicants from online platforms and HRD email.
• Schedule interviews and complete application forms.
• Discuss and provide pre-employment documents to qualified applicants.
• Prepare onboarding forms and 201 files for new hires.
• Maintain employees' 201 files with confidentiality.
• Coordinate approved manpower requirements with agency partners.
• Coordinate agency requirements and deployments with the HR Business Partner (HRBP).
• Oversee day-to-day activities and work assignments of one utilities staff.
• Process weekly gas purchase orders and related admin tasks.
