Job summary

Private Advertiser in Philippines is seeking a Recruitment Associate/Consultant for project-based work. You will source and engage candidates across multiple channels, conduct calls, and build a robust talent pipeline to meet client mandates.

You will manage candidates through the interview process, ensure a positive experience, perform reference checks, and maintain compliance with data privacy and employment standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or Business Administration.
• Experience in recruitment or staffing is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job postings, headhunting, referrals, and other sourcing strategies.
• Conduct opportunity or pitch calls with potential candidates for active and passive job opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for assigned job orders and mandates.
• Maintain and update candidate information and movements in the ATS.
• Conduct market research and gather industry insights to support effective recruitment strategies.
• Understand clients' hiring requirements and CTQ requirements for assigned roles.
• Conduct candidate interviews based on the company's recruitment and search methodology.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through the completion of the hiring process.
• Conduct employment reference checks when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, data privacy, and employment standards.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
• Support Senior Consultants with research, presentations, and other recruitment-related administrative tasks.
• Support business development initiatives by researching potential clients and Ultimate Decision Makers (UDMs).
• Assist in identifying opportunities within target industries.
• Support initiatives that contribute to expanding the company's client network and business growth.
