Job summary

Private Advertiser in Cebu City is seeking an HR-Recruitment Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently, and combines hands-on recruitment with admin responsibilities.

You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, while building strong relationships with hiring managers, using multiple sourcing channels, and ensuring HR documentation compliance.

Qualifications

• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of volume recruitment and HR administration, preferably in hotel/resort.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
• Highly organized and tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office and HR platforms.
• Able to stay focused and proactive with minimal supervision.
• Teamwork, professionalism, and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment with needs.
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels including job boards and networks.
• Handle employment documentation and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws.
• Maintain and organize employee records, contracts, and performance documents.
• Assist in HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and admin tasks.
• Help facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Occasionally stay beyond regular hours to meet deadlines or events.
