Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a seasoned recruitment leader to drive APAC hiring across technical and leadership roles in the Philippines. You will own full-cycle recruitment, build proactive pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers, HRBPs, and leaders to accelerate talent delivery.

You will coach a sourcing specialist, track key metrics, and implement process improvements to raise hiring effectiveness across APAC markets. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of recruiting and/or HR experience.
• Proven success recruiting technical talent.
• Experienced across APAC markets.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all APAC recruiting activities.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment.
• Build proactive pipelines for technical and leadership roles.
• Partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and business leaders.
• Guide and coach recruiting sourcer.
