Job summary

Outsourcey in the Philippines is looking to elevate your recruitment career. This full-time role focuses on end-to-end recruitment across AU, US, and local Philippine markets, with strong client collaboration and international exposure.

You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers; maintain candidate pipelines in ATS platforms; coordinate interviews and negotiations; and provide insights to improve client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to contract signing.
• Ability to handle client relationships and align recruitment strategies with client needs.
• Comfortable handling multiple job orders simultaneously across various roles.
• Prior experience with AU/US clients or hiring local Philippine talent.
• Recruitment experience across Digital Media, Finance, Customer Service, and Administrative roles is beneficial.
• Excellent communication with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to optimize recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment management, from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to contract signing.
• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates on progress.
• Handle high volumes of job orders across multiple industries and positions.
• Source, screen, and hire local Philippine talent in addition to international candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines in ATS platforms or recruitment tools.
• Identify top talent for AU, US, and local markets using creative sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations with candidates.
• Provide insights to improve recruitment processes and client satisfaction.
