Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks an entry-level recruiter to assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. You will help maintain candidate records, conduct initial screenings, and support onboarding for new hires as part of a busy Talent Acquisition team.

The role welcomes fresh graduates; at least 6 months of recruitment experience is preferred, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business admin, or related field.
• 6+ months recruitment experience; fresh grads welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail; able to handle multiple openings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including scheduling and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database, applicant tracking system, and candidate records.
• Conduct initial phone/online screening to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and availability.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure completion of pre-employment requirements of new hires.
