Job summary

Belo Medical Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer for a 3-month project in the Philippines. The role focuses on candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, coordination, and maintaining recruitment updates and records.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple vacancies and work closely with hiring managers to fill positions efficiently within the project period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration or related field.
• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment preferred.
• Familiar with candidate sourcing and end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience with job portals Recruit+, JobStreet and Indeed is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Available for a 3-month project-based engagement.

Responsibilities

• Receives manpower requisition forms and monitors vacancies.
• Posts approved jobs on Recruit+ and other platforms.
• SOURCES qualified candidates through Recruit+, portals, referrals.
• Screens applications and shortlists based on requirements.
• Schedules interviews and conducts them as needed.
• Distributes examinations and follows up on results.
• Endorses candidates for second/final interviews.
• Coordinates with Hiring Managers on schedules and progress.
• Maintains recruitment trackers and updates stakeholders.
