Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6 months project-based assignment in Taguig City, Metro Manila, PH. The role covers sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to support growth and development.

Responsibilities include developing TA strategies, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, interviewing, and coordinating onboarding.´ Experience in volume hiring and ATS proficiency is required; regional exposure is a plus. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (volume hiring).
• Experience in property, construction or professional services preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

About the role
We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at in Taguig City Metro Manila PH. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and selecting top candidates to support the growth and development of our dynamic organization.

What you'll be doing

Developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract skilled, qualified candidates

Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking and employee referrals

Screening, interviewing and evaluating candidates to assess their fit for open positions

Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements

Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases

Processing of onboarding requirements of new hires

What we're looking for

3 to 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment (volume hiring) role, preferably within the property, construction or professional services industry

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent sourcing techniques

Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

A proactive, results-driven approach and a keen eye for detail

Regional exposure is a plus (i.e., APAC, AU, US hiring)

Willingness to commit in a project based role for 1 year
