Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in full lifecycle recruitment from sourcing to hire.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with ATS and online recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role located in Makati City. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with hiring managers. The role involves partnering with leaders to understand workforce needs, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The specialist will also support employer branding initiatives, manage recruitment-related documentation, and track metrics to improve hiring effectiveness. Day-to-day work will include using recruitment platforms, organizing interviews and assessments, and collaborating closely with HR and operations teams to meet staffing targets.

• Previous experience in talent acquisition or HR, preferably within facilities services or related industries.
