Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across multiple functions, shaping strategies and delivering end-to-end hiring. This onsite role is based in Mandaluyong with a morning shift, Monday–Friday.

You will partner with business leaders, drive employer branding, and optimize recruitment metrics to ensure timely, high-quality hires across corporate and operational units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing experience.
• Experience handling high-volume recruitment.
• Experience with an ATS is an advantage.
• Strong Excel and recruitment tracking skills.
• Exposure to employer branding or recruitment campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver quality hires on time.
• Manage recruitment pipelines and track candidate progress and activities.
• Lead initiatives on talent attraction, candidate engagement, and employer branding.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and report on pipeline status.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing, processes, and candidate experience.
• Support recruitment across both corporate and operational functions.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage recruitment initiatives across various business functions. The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands‑on recruitment professional who can effectively manage the full hiring cycle while developing strong talent attraction strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and deliver quality talent within agreed timelines.
• Manage recruitment pipelines and ensure accurate tracking of candidate progress and hiring activities.
• Lead initiatives focused on talent attraction, candidate engagement, and employer branding.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide updates on hiring progress and pipeline status.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.
• Support recruitment requirements across both corporate and operational functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing.
• Experience handling high-volume or multiple recruitment requirements is highly preferred.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and recruitment tracking.
• Exposure to employer branding, recruitment campaigns, or talent attraction initiatives.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, QSR, shared services, recruitment, or RPO environments is an advantage.
