Job summary

onsemi is seeking a Project Based Talent Acquisition Specialist to support targeted hiring initiatives and deliver high-quality placements within defined timelines. This role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring partners for direct and indirect labor requirements.

As part of the team, you will prepare reports, manage day-to-day recruitment activities, and contribute to a fast-paced hiring process in Legazpi, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR-related field or psychology.
• At least 1 year of recruiting-related experience, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
• Keen on details with initiative and accountability.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports as necessary
• Coordinate with hiring partners as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related discipline
• With at least 1 year of recruiting-related experience, preferably in the simillar or fast-paced industry
• Keen on details, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability
• Can work independently
