The ideal candidate has a psychology-related degree and 1–3 years of TA experience, with familiarity in ATS, social media recruitment, and MS Office. Independent work style and confidentiality are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
• 1–3 years in talent acquisition.
• End-to-end recruitment experience (sourcing, screening, interview coordination).
• Experience using ATS, online portals, and MS Office.
• Coordination with hiring managers and external agencies/vendors preferred.
• Training/certification in talent acquisition or HR management is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media and digital recruiting strategies.
• Basic Canva editing skills are an advantage.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Professional, confidential, and dependable.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology
• At least 1- 3 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition processes, Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), online job portals and MS Office applications. including sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
• Exposure to coordination with hiring managers, external recruitment agencies or vendors is preferred.
• Training or certification in talent acquisition or HR management is an advantage.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital recruitment strategies.
• Basic photo and video editing skills using Canva or other editing applications is an advantage
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Professional, confidential, and dependable.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
