Job description

Support full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management for a dynamic talent acquisition team.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Support full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management,
• Post job openings across various job boards and social media platforms,
• Source candidates through databases, job portals, referrals, and networking channels,
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit,
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers,
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases,
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process,
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns,
• Prepare job offers and support onboarding documentation and processes,
• Generaterecruitment reports and track hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline status).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support.
• Fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS tools is a plus.
• Outgoing personality with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in sourcing, social media recruitment, or employer branding is an advantage.
