• Training or certification in talent acquisition or HR management is an advantage.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital recruitment strategies.
• Basic photo and video editing skills using Canva or other editing applications is an advantage.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
