Job summary

GoTeam in Cebu City, Philippines is hiring a Director of Talent Acquisition to shape our recruitment strategy and lead the full hiring journey, from opening roles to a successful 90-day ramp. The role emphasizes scalable processes, a strong TA team, and data/AI-driven decisions to ensure quality hires for global clients.

Initially onsite for six months, then hybrid to cover US business hours as needed. You will drive capacity planning, SLA governance, ATS stewardship, and redeployment while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of recruitment experience, including 5+ years leading a TA function at volume.
• Proven record of building a TA function with process maps, SLAs, ATS governance, and scorecards.
• Client-facing experience for US and Australian clients, managing shortlists and interview stages.
• Strong data fluency with weekly funnel scorecards from a system of record.
• Hands-on use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, and AI sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of Philippine pre-employment requirements, Data Privacy Act, and fair hiring.
• Willingness to work onsite in Cebu City for first six months, with US hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of quality hires across client and internal roles.
• Develop capacity plans by role family and client with SLA definitions for each hiring stage.
• Run weekly pipeline reviews and support recruiters with scorecards on fills and time to fill.
• Guide sourcing strategy and build talent pools for routine roles.
• Oversee redeployment and maintain TA SOPs with Marketing on employer branding.
