Probe Group in Quezon City is seeking a Talent Acquisition Director to lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions in a high-volume BPO. You will build scalable hiring strategies, drive performance, and ensure timely fulfillment while maintaining quality, cost efficiency, and a strong candidate experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Talent Acquisition in a high-volume BPO.
• Expertise across sourcing, volume hiring, and corporate/leadership hiring.
• Experience leveraging ATS, recruitment tech, and AI-powered tools to enhance sourcing and candidate experience.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills to influence senior leaders.
