Qualifications

• Fluency in English with C1 level or higher.
• Strong understanding of the Manila talent market.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting rapid growth and multiple hiring requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor time-to-fill, quality of hire and candidate conversion.
• Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.
• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team in Manila.
• Deliver against hiring targets and client ramp-up requirements.
• Lead workforce planning for new programmes, expansions and hiring waves.
• Manage multiple client requirements and recruitment priorities simultaneously.
• Build scalable recruitment strategies for high-volume hiring.
• Use recruitment data and market intelligence to support decisions.
• Partner with Operations, HR and senior leadership.
• Oversee sourcing, recruitment marketing, referrals and talent pipelines.
