TaskUs is hiring a Vice President, Talent Acquisition - SEA to shape the future of hiring across the Philippines and SEA markets. You will lead a high‑volume TA operation, architecting scalable strategies that balance efficiency, experience, and inclusion while leveraging AI, automation, and modern ATS platforms.

You will partner with senior leaders to align recruitment with business priorities, drive DEI hiring, and build a capabilities roadmap across locations with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent acquisition leadership with multi-location scope.
• 8+ years leading high‑volume hiring in PH/SEA geographies.
• Proficient in AI-powered sourcing, automation, and modern ATS.
• Strong metrics, budgeting and strategic reporting capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead high‑volume TA across PH & SEA delivery sites with growth goals.
• Own TA roadmap including virtualization, automation, and AI adoption.
• Drive process optimization, cost efficiency, and experience design.
• Partner with operations, finance, HR to ensure forecasting accuracy.
• Build data‑driven culture with KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
