Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Talent Acquisition Systems Expert in the Philippines to lead the Workday Recruiting implementation and drive AI-enabled recruitment initiatives. This on-site role emphasizes stakeholder engagement and delivering large-scale HR tech deployments.

You will configure complex Workday features, mentor recruiters, and partner with TA leadership to measure success while ensuring data integrity and compliance across global hiring standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of hands-on Workday Recruiting experience with at least two full lifecycle implementations.
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI/ML tools within recruitment workflows (e.g., chatbots, automated screening).
• Understand the why behind the how; can support high-volume and executive recruiting.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday Calculated Fields, EIBs, Report Writer, and Security Groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation/optimization of Workday Recruiting (discovery through UAT).
• Own BP design to create lean, automated workflows and a world-class candidate experience.
• Configure features like Workday Docs (BIRT) for offers and candidate self-service portals.
• Translate recruiter needs into functional Workday logic as the on-site consultant.
• Identify and implement AI-driven tools to automate screening, sourcing, and scheduling.
• Ensure AI integrations are plugged into Workday with data integrity and single source of truth.
• Audit AI algorithms for compliance with global hiring regulations and bias-mitigation standards.
• Conduct on-site training for recruiters and hiring managers to drive system adoption.
• Create documentation and video tutorials tailored to our Workday tenant.
• Partner with TA leadership to define and track success metrics.
