Job summary

Eastvantage Group in Taguig, Philippines, is hiring a Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage, and evaluate suppliers and talent. You will lead direct outreach campaigns, craft Boolean searches, and partner with managers to translate requisitions into competency profiles.

This is a work-from-office role with a focus on proactive sourcing across multiple industries. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in targeted passive sourcing, strong communication, and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in targeted passive sourcing.
Experience in direct or executive-search-style sourcing, not inbound screening.
Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
Experience recruiting for consultative/relationship-based sales across multiple industries.
Proven track record filling roles with small candidate pools using a wider net.
BPO or shared services recruitment is a plus but not a substitute.

Responsibilities

Build and run direct outreach campaigns on LinkedIn and other channels.
Identify and message candidates from adjacent industries based on transferable competencies.
Screen resumes against underlying competencies rather than industry tags.
Write and maintain Boolean search strings and ATS keywords for each role.
Manage outreach cadence; target 15–20 messages per week per role.
Track sourcing channel performance and report candidate quality by industry.
Partner with hiring managers to translate requisitions into competency profiles.
