Job summary

TaskUs in the Philippines is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to attract top talent, craft innovative sourcing strategies, and support comprehensive hiring plans across functions.

You will manage the Employee Referral Program, vendor relationships, external branding activities, and ensure accurate candidate data in staffing systems while collaborating closely with the staffing team, staying adaptable to evolving hiring trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or college degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent.
• 2+ years of working experience in Sourcing/Marketing for Recruitment preferred.
• Experience in non-traditional sourcing and marketing activities and in events coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attract top talents and design creative, out-of-the-box sourcing strategies and hiring plans.
• Build strong business knowledge and integrate into talent attraction strategies.
• Maintain accurate internal and external candidate data in staffing systems.
• Handle Employee Referral Program, vendor management, and external branding, marketing and sourcing activities.
• Support staffing team and assist colleagues to ensure success.
