Job summary

VXI Global Holdings B.V. (Philippines) is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to attract and drive candidate traffic to meet hiring needs.

The role focuses on evaluating opportunities, coordinating external sourcing teams, and executing both traditional and non-traditional sourcing activities to build a robust talent pipeline. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with BPO sourcing experience, and must be able to work onsite at Buendia, Makati with strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required (Business Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent).
• English language proficiency required.
• Experience as Sourcing Associate/Specialist in a BPO setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attract and drive applicant traffic to meet headcount requirements.
• Evaluate sourcing opportunities local and provincial.
• Manage external sourcing teams to deliver share of hire from external channels.
• Plan and execute traditional and non-traditional sourcing activities.
• Develop market intelligence on talent profiles, locations, pay scales, and benefits.
• Plan, submit and defend budgets for external sourcing activities.
