Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ background in talent sourcing for BPO hiring.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, HR or related field.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong track record in project implementation and analysis.
• Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools.
• Familiar with Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-enabled recruiting.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strategic and creative mindset; able to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Design and establish online and offline activities to attract candidates.
• Create a database of candidate profiles for technical/program requirements.
• Plan and implement sourcing and marketing campaigns per client needs.
• Collaborate with recruitment operations, vendors and internal teams.
• Consolidate, track, and report on hiring initiatives; provide recommendations.
