Probe CX in Eastwood, Quezon City, Philippines, is seeking a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to fuel our recruitment pipeline by sourcing top talent and supporting strategic sourcing efforts. You will help enhance our employer brand and support high-volume BPO recruitment.

You will lead sourcing initiatives, prescreen candidates, coordinate with vendors, and contribute to branding efforts across channels to attract top talent and strengthen our hiring pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sourcing experience in a BPO setup.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Amenable to work onsite in Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City

Responsibilities

• Leads Generation: Identify and attract potential candidates through job boards, social media, job fairs, partnerships, and passive sourcing.
