Job summary

The Sutherland Philippines team is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead strategic talent attraction for specialized BPO roles. You will spearhead campaigns online and offline to build a robust candidate funnel for hard-to-fill positions.

You will design sourcing and marketing strategies, collaborate across recruitment operations and vendors, and drive reporting, analytics, and cost-effective hiring outcomes for key accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of background in talent sourcing for BPO hiring
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in project implementation and analytics
• Proficient with modern recruitment tools and sourcing methods
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to lead a team and drive results
• Willing to work onsite daily

Responsibilities

• Design, build and establish online and offline activities to attract candidates
• Create a database of candidate profiles for technical or program requirements
• Plan and implement campaigns aligned with client requirements
• Collaborate with recruitment operations, vendors, and internal sourcing teams
• Consolidate, track, and report initiatives with recommendations
• Build specialized sourcing campaigns and manage cost-per-hire targets
• Share learnings and foster learning within the team
• Drive process improvements and data analysis to enhance hiring capabilities
