Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
• 4–6 years HR experience.
• At least 2–3 years solid recruitment experience.
• At least 1 year supervisory or team lead experience.
• Experience handling multi-role hiring (rank-and-file to supervisory).

Aufgaben

• Oversee recruitment leadership and provide guidance to Recruitment Officer.
• Monitor and report recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, offer acceptance, hiring success).
• Develop structured hiring workflows and standardized interview guides.
• Coordinate onboarding programs and track employee training records.
• Support manpower planning discussions with HR Director and improve systems.
