Boldr is seeking a TA Operations lead to own the systems, data and planning that enable recruiters to hire faster and better at scale. You will forecast demand, build capacity plans, and design talent pools and workflows across regions to stay ahead of client ramps.

You’ll lead the rollout of ACE and Echo, automate where possible, and report performance to leadership and clients. You’ll collaborate with recruiters on governance, process documentation and analytics, ensuring SOC 2, ISO 27001

Formación

• 7+ years in Talent Acquisition or Operations with leadership
• Experience in workforce planning and recruitment operations
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
• Proven track record in data-driven decision making

• Own TA capacity planning across regions and forecast hiring demand
