Boldr seeks an impact-driven Talent Acquisition Operations lead to own capacity planning, demand forecasting, and recruiter workflows across multiple regions. You will drive adoption of ACE and Echo, build strategic talent pools, and partner with leadership to optimize recruitment performance.

You will design scalable processes, govern data integrity in ATS/HRIS, and lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality hires while maintaining compliance and efficiency.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Operations, including leadership across regions.
• Experience leading workforce planning, recruitment operations, and capacity management in fast-growing environments.
• Strong experience managing executive stakeholders and participating in client-facing hiring strategy discussions.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale hiring initiatives and scalable recruitment strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Own TA capacity planning across multiple regions and forecast hiring demand.
• Turn client forecasts and attrition trends into recruiter workload plans.
• Lead rollout and adoption of ACE and Echo recruiting tools; build talent pools.
• Map recruiting workflows end-to-end and identify automations to reduce manual steps.
• Design and document processes, governance, and playbooks; ensure audit readiness.
