Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Operations.
• Experience leading recruitment operations and capacity management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Capacity & workforce planning across multiple regions.
• Design talent pool strategies for recurring roles to pre-stage openings.
• Lead rollout and optimization of ACE and Echo tools across regions.
• Map recruiting workflows and build automations to reduce manual steps.
• Own TA data, dashboards and reporting for leadership and clients.
