Job summary

RABG Trading Inc. is seeking an experienced recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring across multiple brands. You will develop strategies, build pipelines, source candidates, and coordinate interviews to ensure quality hires. Strong communication, process improvement, and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for multiple departments, brands or business units is advantageous.
• Experience improving recruitment processes in a growing startup environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and sourcing strategies.
• Experience using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media recruitment, and ATS.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR recruitment systems.
• Willing to support multiple brands and contribute to scalable recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to support hiring across brands and units.
• Build processes, workflows, and best practices to support growth.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and priorities.
• Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Source qualified candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and events.
• Create, publish, and manage job adverts across platforms and career pages.
• Support employer branding to strengthen presence in the talent market.
• Screen resumes, conduct pre-screening, coordinate interviews, and provide evaluations.
