Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business development and account management across industries.
• Proven track record in generating leads and supporting client acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of fiat payment networks and merchant ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to coordinate with international partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key merchant accounts with tailored payment solutions to drive growth and retention.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new strategic merchants across industries.
• Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers to align objectives.
• Negotiate merchant discount rates and partnership terms to achieve win-win outcomes.
• Lead regular business reviews to assess performance and uncover opportunities.
• Plan and lead partner conventions and campaigns to strengthen brand presence.
• Collaborate with product, tech, operations, and marketing for seamless onboarding.
• Execute regional and nationwide marketing and partnership initiatives.
• Monitor account performance and deliver actionable insights for decision-making.
