You will lead a cross-functional team, shape GTM strategies, and negotiate with merchants while expanding into international markets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in fintech/payments.
• Strong understanding of the digital payments ecosystem (card acquiring, POS, QR, e-wallets).
• Proven success in leading sales teams, closing strategic deals, and driving market expansion.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Data-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coordinate with international partners and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute BD strategy for payment services, focusing on merchant acquisition and revenue growth.
• Identify new market opportunities and build a pipeline of merchant and enterprise clients.
• Establish strategic partnerships with merchants, payment aggregators, and ecosystem players.
• Lead negotiations on terms including MDRs and SLAs.
• Build and manage a high-performing BD team with clear targets.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Legal, and Marketing on onboarding and account growth.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine GTM strategies.
