Job summary

Coins.ph, the pioneer crypto brand in the Philippines, is seeking a Merchant Acquisition Lead who will grow our merchant base and promote Coins.ph QR‑Ph compliant payments to e‑commerce stores, marketplaces and subscription services.

You will drive partnerships, deliver product demos, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, support onboarding with tech and compliance teams, and nurture relationships to boost adoption and transaction volume.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales, business development, or merchant acquisition experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with payments, FinTech, or e-commerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow merchant base by engaging e-commerce stores and online marketplaces.
• Drive partnerships and present product demos with proposals.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Support onboarding and integration with tech and compliance teams.
• Maintain relationships and aim for transaction growth.
• Track results and share market feedback.
