Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Late Collections Analyst II to support collections strategies by extracting and analyzing data from our databases, deploying pilot tests, and evaluating results with minimal supervision. The role involves creating tools to automate processes and monitoring performance across collections operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics or any related course.
• 1 year+ of professional experience in the field of database systems and analytics.
• Proven business acumen for early collections and call center management.

Responsibilities

• Meet and work directly with late collections analytics manager to help deliver key collections results.
• Extract and analyse information from databases.
• Create tools and strategy changes that will automate/optimize/improve existing collection processes.
• Generate strategy changes and implement champion-challenger statistical testing from pilot design to implementation.
• Manage database environment, jobs and procedures.
• Actively monitor collections performance, investigate and explain source and impact of any occurencies.
• Provide reports and bussiness analysis and insights.
