Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Collections Support Analyst II to drive analytics for collection strategies, evaluate pilots, and extract meaningful insights from databases. You will implement automated tools and run statistical tests to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Role requires 1+ year in analytics, proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools, and strong communication for reporting. Hybrid setup with day shifts and performance-based incentives is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics or related field.
• 1+ year of professional experience in databases and analytics.
• Experience in training, QA and complaints management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with analytics manager to deliver collections results.

• Design and run champion-challenger tests from pilot to implementation.

About The Job

The Collections Support Analyst II's role is to support collections processes through generating, deploying and statistically evaluating strategy changes and pilots, effectively extracting and analyzing information stored in our databases.The analyst will handle ad-hoc investigations and analyses along with longer term pilots. The role is able to perform well their duties with minimal supervision. Specific areas of Support Analytics to handle are TQAC team support, QA dispatch and evaluations support, and Collections Non-Voice strategy management.

What You’ll Do

• Meet and work directly with collections support analytics manager to help deliver key collections results
• Manage, extract and analyze information from databases
• Create tools and strategy changes that will automate/optimize/improve existing collection processes
• Generate strategy changes and implement champion-challenger statistical testing from pilot design to implementation
• Manage database environment, jobs and procedures
• Actively monitor training, quality assurance, and complaints indicators, investigate and explain source and impact of any occurences
• Provide reports and business analysis and insights

What You Need To Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics or any related course
• 1 year+ of professional experience in the field of database systems and analytics
• Proven business acumen for training, quality assurance and complaints management

Technical Skills

• Practical knowledge of hypothesis testing and usage of typical statistical tests (e.g t-test, ANOVA, etc).
• Proficiency in using microsoft office tools.
• Ability to write in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Knowledge in using R or Python programming.
• Active knowledge and experience with SQL (Oracle).
• Knowledge in using business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
