Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Collections Support Analyst II to drive analytics for collection strategies, evaluate pilots, and extract meaningful insights from databases. You will implement automated tools and run statistical tests to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Role requires 1+ year in analytics, proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools, and strong communication for reporting. Hybrid setup with day shifts and performance-based incentives is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics or related field.
• 1+ year of professional experience in databases and analytics.
• Experience in training, QA and complaints management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with analytics manager to deliver collections results.
• Extract and analyze information from databases.
• Develop tools and strategy changes to automate and optimize processes.
• Design and run champion-challenger tests from pilot to implementation.
• Monitor database environments, jobs and procedures.
• Track training, QA and complaints indicators and explain findings.
• Provide reports and business insights to stakeholders.
