Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Late Collections Analyst II to support collections processes by generating, deploying and statistically evaluating strategy changes and pilots, effectively extracting and analyzing information stored in our databases.

You will meet with the late collections analytics manager to deliver key results, extract and analyze data, create automation tools, implement champion-challenger tests, monitor performance and provide reports and insights.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience in database systems and analytics.
• Business acumen for early collections and call center management.
• Practical knowledge of hypothesis testing and common tests (e.g. t-test, ANOVA).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to write in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Knowledge of R or Python programming.
• Active knowledge and experience with SQL (Oracle).
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Meet with late collections analytics manager to help deliver key collections results.
• Extract and analyse information from databases.
• Create tools and strategy changes to automate/optimize/improve collection processes.
• Generate strategy changes and run champion-challenger statistical tests from design to implementation.
• Manage database environment, jobs and procedures.
• Actively monitor collections performance and investigate causes and impacts.
• Provide reports and business analysis and insights.
