Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Collections Support Analyst II to help optimize collections processes by generating, deploying and evaluating strategy changes and pilots. The role involves extracting and analyzing information from databases, and developing tools to automate and improve collection workflows.

You will collaborate with the collections analytics team to monitor QA, training and complaints indicators, and provide actionable reports and insights to boost performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ of professional experience in database systems and analytics.
• Business acumen for training, QA and complaints management.
• Knowledge of hypothesis testing and common tests (e.g., t-test, ANOVA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to write in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Knowledge of R or Python.
• Active knowledge and experience with SQL (Oracle).
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Meet with collections analytics manager to deliver key results.
• Manage, extract and analyze information from databases.
• Create tools and strategy changes to automate/optimize processes.
• Generate strategy changes and run champion-challenger tests from pilot to implementation.
• Manage database environment, jobs and procedures.
• Monitor training, QA and complaints indicators and explain sources and impacts.
• Provide reports and business analysis and insights.
