Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Late QA Supervisor to monitor, measure, and validate collection activities and to identify areas for improvement that boost performance while ensuring compliance with collections standards.

You will lead projects, foster teamwork, manage staffing levels, and ensure fair customer experiences. The role includes validating difficult disputes, reporting on performance, and maintaining strong stakeholder relations to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Take charge in proactively spearheading projects related to process improvements.

• Manage manpower distribution based on FTE.
• Ensure processes align with customer experience standards.
• Assist in validation of dispute scenarios.
• Report daily, weekly and monthly performances.
• Maintain good stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee team development and career progression.
• Ensure disciplinary actions are applied when needed.
• Conduct random quality audits of analysts.
• Create CCR files for process changes.
