Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Collections Back Office Specialist to support collections processes by handling data beyond system limits, updating collection tools, and assisting with document processing for clients and employees.

You will collaborate with collections teams, coordinate across departments, maintain data/tools, and prepare client and employee documents while adapting to a fast-growing, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a related role.
• Ability to collect, organize and analyze data.
• Previous work experience in a financial company.
• Technical expertise with data mining and reporting tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc).
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willing to work on shifting schedule including weekends.
• Willing to be assigned in Cubao Quezon City.
• Able to adapt to a multicultural environment.
• Desire to learn and improve.

Responsibilities

• Meet and work directly with collections team.
• Coordinate with necessary departments for collection issues.
• Provide support to collections data/tool maintenance and updates.
• Assist in preparation of client and employee legal documents.
• Non-Voice communication sending.
• Assign contracts to late collections team and validate results.
• Process client requests or system limitations manually (exclusions, penalties, settlements).
• Assist collections on concerns such as resignations, attendance and bonus disputes.
• Assist collection team, IT and procurement on STR requests via SAP.
