You will provide leadership for people, operating results, and service performance, managing a team, budgets, and stakeholder relationships while safeguarding confidentiality.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in HR management.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor and employment practices.
Demonstrated people leadership, policy development, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR plans, policies, systems, and annual priorities.
Lead recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, learning, records, and compliance.
Advise management on workforce risks, organization, performance, and employee matters.
Manage the HR team, budget, vendors, and statutory requirements.
Review HR metrics and implement improvements in retention, productivity, and employee experience.
