Job summary

MangoJob- Recruitment Platform | Jobs & Hiring App is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function in the Philippines. This on-site role in Pateros requires strategic thinking, strong people leadership, and hands-on management of policies, recruitment, compensation, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in HR management, and deep knowledge of Philippine labor practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/related field required.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in HR management.
• Broad HR function experience including recruitment, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor and employment practices.
• Demonstrated people leadership, policy development and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR plans, policies, systems, and annual priorities.
• Lead recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, learning, records, and compliance.
• Advise management on workforce risks, organization, performance, and employee matters.
• Manage the HR team, budget, vendors, and statutory requirements.
• Review HR metrics and implement improvements in retention, productivity, and employee experience.
