Job summary

This leadership role requires 5–8 years of progressive HR experience including at least 2 years in HR management, with strong knowledge of Philippine labor practices and the ability to manage sensitive issues with sound judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in HR management.
• Proven HR management experience with responsibility for a broad HR function.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor and employment practices.
• Demonstrated people leadership, policy development, and stakeholder management.
• Able to handle sensitive matters with sound judgment and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR plans, policies, systems, and annual priorities.
• Lead recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, learning, records, and compliance.
• Advise management on workforce risks, organization, performance, and employee matters.
• Manage the HR team, budget, vendors, and statutory requirements.
• Review HR metrics and implement improvements in retention, productivity, and employee experience.
