Job summary

MangoJob- Recruitment Platform | Jobs & Hiring App is seeking an HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations, guide the team across recruitment, records, attendance and benefits, and ensure policy implementation in the Philippines.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, a supervisory background, and strong leadership and communication skills to maintain confidential employee records and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of HR experience with supervisory/leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine HR practices and documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems.
• Excellent leadership, confidentiality and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assign work and monitor HR staff performance and deadlines.
• Review employee records, onboarding, attendance, benefits, and HR reports.
• Support employee relations cases and policy implementation.
• Coordinate manpower and HR concerns with department supervisors.
• Coach junior HR staff and improve process consistency.
