Job summary

Comrise is seeking an HR and Admin Manager who will lead all HR and administrative functions, including employee relations, talent management, and compliance, across multi-site operations.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in HR/admin leadership within staffing, BPO or RPO, with a track record of managing high-volume environments and ensuring engagement and compliance across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• HR Manager experience within the Staffing, BPO, or RPO industry is a MUST!
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR and administrative management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Proven track record managing HR operations in a high-volume, fast-paced, multi-site environment.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning.
