Job summary

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR leadership, workforce planning, employee relations, and culture transformation, with a proven track record in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Psychology, Business, or related.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience in multi-site or fast-paced setups.
• Strong HR business partnering, employee engagement, talent management, and org development skills.
• Proven ability to manage attrition, improve retention, and implement engagement initiatives.
• Experience with HR analytics, dashboards, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the HR Business Partnering function to align HR with business objectives.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies supporting growth and operational effectiveness.
• Oversee employee engagement, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
• Develop workforce planning strategies to address manpower needs and capabilities.
• Drive retention initiatives and address attrition with data-driven insights.
• Provide guidance on labor laws, HR policies, and workplace practices.
• Lead culture-building, change management, and organizational transformation.
