Job summary

Align Business Corp. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business culture and strategy. You will manage staffing, recruitment, employee relations, and ensure compliance across multi-site operations.

The role requires 7–10 years in HR within FMCG, manufacturing, or retail, with a strong track record in talent acquisition, compensation, and labor relations. A Bachelor’s in HRM/BA/PSY is required; an MBA/MHRM is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of HR experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or retail.
• Proven track record in talent acquisition, labor relations, compensation, and compliance.
• Experience in multi-site operations and handling recruitment.
• Bachelor's Degree minimum: Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Psychology.
• Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) or MBA with HR concentration is an advantage.
• Strategic Workforce Planning: Aligning manpower with seasonal demand.
• Performance Management: Designing KPIs and incentive systems.
• Industrial Relations: Negotiating with and managing contract labor.
• HR Analytics and Technology: Proficiency in HRIS tools.
• Soft Skills: Communication, negotiation, emotional intelligence, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Understand long-term organization objectives to identify opportunities and implement human resource interventions to meet long and short-term goals
• Implement human resource programs approved by management such as recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, training, employee and labor relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, HRIS management, and employee engagement activities
• Act as an effective and strategic business partner to management on matters relating to human resource issues
• Develop manpower planning and recruitment strategy aligned with approved management guidelines
• Develop and evaluate recruitment efforts through various channels including recruitment agencies, social media, headhunters, and employee referrals
• Manage recruiting, testing, and interviewing programs, counsel department heads and managers on candidate selection, conduct and analyze exit interviews
