Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Regional HR Manager (HRBP) to oversee HR strategies across multiple sites in the Cagayan De Oro region. This on-site role partners with business leaders to drive workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years of HR experience with regional exposure, 3–5 years in a leadership role, and strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 7–10 years of HR experience with regional or multi-site exposure.
• 3–5 years in managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute HR strategies across multiple sites within the assigned region.
• Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
• Drive performance management processes, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decisions.
• Lead and mentor HR teams across different locations.
• Implement and standardize HR policies, systems, and best practices across the region.
